Available Payment Methods

DS V-LINE offers different payment methods depending on your country, billing address, selected Shopify market and the technical availability of individual payment providers. The payment methods actually available for your order are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Depending on the relevant market, available methods may include:

- credit or debit card
- Shopify Payments
- PayPal
- Klarna
- other payment methods displayed during checkout

The availability of a particular payment method cannot be guaranteed for every country, currency or customer.

Currency

The currency applicable to your order is displayed before you complete your purchase. Depending on your country and the Shopify market selected for your visit, prices may be displayed in different currencies. The final purchase price and currency are shown during checkout.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the payment service provider selected during checkout. Depending on the payment method, additional terms of the relevant payment service provider may apply. DS V-LINE does not itself store complete payment card details where those details are processed directly by the relevant payment provider.

Payment Due Date

Unless otherwise stated for a particular payment method or service, payment becomes due in accordance with the conditions of the selected payment provider. For training programmes, bookings or services, any specific payment conditions stated in the respective offer additionally apply.

Failed or Rejected Payments

If a payment cannot be processed successfully, your order may not be accepted or processed until a valid payment method has been provided. If you believe that a payment has been charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact:

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it is generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. The time required for a processed refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
